Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Block Bunker & Sliding Roof System?
Our Block Bunker and Sliding Roof System is a unique and complete outdoor storage solution made up of three key elements: a concrete block bunker, a retractable sliding roof and a concrete pad.
The roof opens fully for loader and machinery access, then closes to protect your materials from the weather. Unlike traditional builds, EnviroInstall delivers all three elements as one coordinated package.
How Long Does Installation Take?
Every project is different, so installation time depends on the size of the system, your site and where you’re located.
Once we’ve completed a site assessment, we’ll provide a clear timeframe as part of your quote, so you know exactly what to expect.
Do You Offer Warranties?
Yes. We’ll explain exactly what’s covered before your project begins, so there are no surprises later.
If you have questions about warranties or product inclusions, we’re happy to talk you through them as part of our quoting process.
Where is EnviroInstall based and do you work Australia-wide?
Our head office is based in Newcastle, with distributors in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. We work with clients right across Australia, including regional and remote locations.
What Materials Do You Build With?
We build using quality concrete blocks, with a growing focus on recycled materials wherever possible. We’re also continuing to explore more sustainable options across our systems, including recyclable roofing.
Can I Just Get the Sliding Roof or Block Wall?
Yes.
While our complete Block Bunker & Sliding Roof System is our flagship offering, we also install concrete block walls and bunker bays as standalone projects.
Do You Work with Councils and Government Agencies?
Yes.
EnviroInstall has systems and processes in place aligned with ISO standards and regularly works with councils, government agencies and larger organisations that require procurement-ready contractors.
What Happens After I Request a Quote?
Once you get in touch, we’ll contact you to discuss your project, what materials you’re storing and your site requirements.
From there, we’ll recommend the next step, whether that’s preparing a quote or organising a site assessment.
